I am honored to run for First Vice President of the
Fayetteville State University National Alumni Association.
My focus is on enhancing Homecoming, building a strong and committed alumni membership, and advancing fundraising efforts to strengthen the NAA’s impact.
Leadership Rooted in Service
I am a proud 2017 graduate of Fayetteville State University and a Life Member of the Fayetteville State University National Alumni Association. I have remained financially active since 2019 because I believe in the mission of staying connected and giving back to the university that helped shape me.
Professionally, I am the Diabetes Program Specialist with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, where I work to support the Diabetes Prevention and Management Programs. My passion for service extends beyond my career into youth development and civic leadership. I am the founder of Purposed Pearls Mentoring, a program created to empower and uplift young girls through community, education, and lifestyle.
I also serve as Board Chair of Genesis Christian School, helping guide the school’s vision and leadership, and I am honored to represent Fayetteville through my role on the City of Fayetteville Public Arts Commission. Through each of these roles, I remain committed to service, leadership, and creating meaningful connections that leave a lasting impact.

Why I'm Running
I am running for First Vice President because I believe Homecoming is one of the most meaningful traditions we share as Broncos and an important opportunity to celebrate Fayetteville State’s legacy.
My goal is to coordinate an alumni Homecoming experience that is organized, engaging, and inclusive, with input from Broncos across generations. One that reflects the pride we all have in our university and ensures every alumnus feels welcomed and represented.
Beyond Homecoming, I believe FSUNAA should focus not only on increasing recruitment numbers, but also on strengthening the quality of the membership experience. By improving engagement, communication, and opportunities for involvement, we can ensure alumni feel connected, valued, and invested in the association.
I am also committed to advancing fundraising efforts that support our programs, expand our impact, and ensure the continued growth and success of the National Alumni Association for years to come.

Voting FAQs
All eligible members in current financial standing with the Fayetteville State University National Alumni Association may vote in the election. Voting will be offered through a hybrid format, allowing members to cast their ballot either by direct mail using a paper ballot or electronically online. Membership dues must be current by February 1 to participate.
