I’m Dominique Ashley, a mentor, community builder, and children's author. Over the years, I’ve found my purpose in creating spaces, starting conversations, and encouraging people to become more confident in who they are.

I’m a proud Fayetteville State University alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Liberty University. 

I’m the founder of Purposed Pearls Mentoring and the host of the Glow Up & Grow Podcast. Whether I’m mentoring, creating, or building something new, I want people to walk away feeling encouraged, seen, and reminded that there’s more in them than they realize.
